Cancellation Policy
All horseback riding reservations are non-refundable unless canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled ride. Cancellations made within 14 days of the ride will not be eligible for a refund.
nRescheduling for Weather: If weather conditions make riding unsafe, we allow rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled rides must be booked within 6 days of the original ride date, subject to availability.
