Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final. There are no cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling unless you purchased Booking Shield. This applies even in inclement weather — please check the weather before you book.
nArrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment for paperwork and training. If you are late and miss your slot, you forfeit the reservation: no refund, no reschedule, no exceptions. A late party throws off the entire day's schedule.
nWith Booking Shield ($25 per vehicle, added at checkout): cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your departure, or reschedule (one reschedule per booking) or convert your booking to a gift card up to 1 hour before departure.
nIf we have to cancel: if we cancel your appointment because a vehicle is unavailable or the weather is too dangerous to ride, you are never penalized — you choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
