Restrictions
Rental Restrictions – Please Read Before You Ride
To ensure your safety and protect our community spaces, the following restrictions apply to all 8-seater golf cart rentals:
🚫 No Driving on Highways – Carts are not permitted on Highway 185 or Adams Street
🚫 No Off-Road Use at Boggy – Keep carts off sand, trails, or unpaved areas at Boggy
🌊 No Water Driving – Do not drive the cart into water, wet sand, or tidal areas
🌿 Stay Off Grass at King Fisher Beach – Carts are not allowed on grassy areas or dunes
Violating these restrictions may result in rental termination and damage fees. Please drive responsibly and help us keep Port O’Connor safe and beautiful for everyone.
