Behind the Scenes
La Vida also proudly participates in and has passed the Coast Guard annual “Vessel Safety Examination” for chartered yachts. This is a comprehensive inspection of vessel safety features and crew credentials. This is a voluntary request for the US Coast Guard to board and inspect key elements which encompass everything from fire suppression systems & lifesaving equipment to environmental protection

Cancellation Policy
Charter is fully refundable if cancelled at least 7 days in advance of charter date. A fee of $250 will be non-refundable if charter is cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours of charter. Cancellations within 24 hours of charter or no shows will be charged in full.
nIf before or on the day of the trip, the La Vida crew cancels the Trip due to poor weather conditions or mechanical issues, the client agrees to a refund of 100% of any funds paid or may reschedule the trip at a later date.
