Reservations and Payment

• Ultimate Tiger Sleepovers are available on Friday and Saturday evenings, excluding major holidays, beginning at 5:00pm and ending at 9:00am the following morning.

• Program dates must be reserved at least two weeks in advance and are booked on a first-come, first served basis.
• Requires a minimum of 10 paying guests ($95 per child) and a ratio of at least 1 adult chaperone per 5 children.
• Groups will receive 1 complimentary adult chaperone per 5 children. Does not include adult meals in the Aquarium Restaurant.
• Reservation requires a $425 deposit plus online booking fees, which is due at the time of booking.
• Final payment is due on the day of your program. Your deposit of $425 will be deducted from the final amount due.
• A suggested gratuity of 18% will be added to the restaurant bill and goes directly to your service team. Please feel free to increase or decrease the suggested gratuity based on your dining experience.

Program Policies

• Minimum group size is 10 paying participants.
• Group size is limited to 20 total participants including children and adults.
• Final head count and roster is due no later than one week prior to your event.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of bringing your own cake or dessert.
• There is no private party room. You will be seated in a section of the Aquarium Restaurant, which is a full service, dine-in restaurant, based on your party size.
• Most decorations are allowed with the exception of sparkler birthday candles, silly string, confetti, glitter, and anything that would be taped, glued, or hung from existing restaurant décor and furniture. Tape of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• There will not be space or allotted set-up time for large decorations such as balloon arches, sleepover tents, banners, etc.
• Outside entertainment (face painters, characters, magicians, etc.) are not permitted.
• Due to space constraints, large air mattresses are not recommended. Sleeping mats are provided and we recommend yoga mats, camping sleep pads, sleeping bags, pillows, and extra blankets for additional comfort.
• Adult chaperones are not permitted to consume alcohol during the program.
• All participants will be required to submit a liability release form before the program.
