Welcome to Women's Wednesday on the Water!

Women's Wednesdays is a great opportunity for women who want to try something new, fun and exciting on the water.

  • First Time Friendly! We will teach you what you need to know!
  • This is the fastest growing water sport in the world for a reason!
  • Get on board, get your heart rate up and soak in the natural Vitamin D!

What to Wear

  • Active wear or Swimwear based on weather conditions
  • Outdoor yoga or running type of gear that won't get ruined when you accidentally fall in the lake
  • We have onsite lockers to place your belongings
