CookLearnGrow Culinary Academy Cooking and Baking: Taste of America – Exploring American Cultures Through Food

Join CookLearnGrow this fall as we explore the rich and diverse flavors of the United States! In this hands-on culinary adventure, students will discover how food tells the story of America's history, geography, and many cultures. As they cook and bake their way across the country, students will prepare regional favorites while learning about the traditions, ingredients, and communities that have shaped American cuisine. From the Northeast and the South to the Midwest, Southwest, and West Coast, each class offers a delicious opportunity to build kitchen confidence, develop culinary skills, and expand cultural understanding through food. Along the way, students will strengthen teamwork, creativity, research, and presentation skills in a fun and engaging environment. Please note that we only accommodate nut allergies; we are unable to accommodate egg, gluten, or other food allergies. To prevent life-threatening reactions, we cannot enroll students who require an EpiPen for severe food allergies other than nuts.
