CookLearnGrow Culinary Academy Multi-Course Meal
In this hands-on, project-based cooking series, older students will learn to prepare, cook, and serve a full multi-course meal from scratch! Each week focuses on essential kitchen skills—like knife safety, seasoning, stove and oven use, dough kneading, and more—as students build confidence and creativity in the kitchen. From sensational salads to magnificent mousse, this class ends with students teaming up to create their own three-course meal. We are a nut- and pork-free program.

- Aprons are encouraged.

- Please have long hair pulled back.

Cancellation Policy
Withdrawals are permitted with a written notice at least two weeks prior to the class start date. No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the class date.
