Cancellation Policy

Please remember, if you need to cancel for any reason, and your reservation is for 1 to 10 passengers, Williams Party Boats must have a 72-hour notice in order for you to receive a full refund. If you have more than 10 passengers, we require a 7-day notice. If you have the entire boat reserved for a private charter Williams Party Boats must have a 2 week notice in order for you to receive the full refund. Refunds will not be issued to people who miss getting to the boat on time for their trip. In the event that Williams Party Boats cancels the trip (inclement weather, etc.) you will have a choice of a full refund or re-scheduling. If you are wanting to cancel your trip please call us.
