See the heart of Austin on some of the finest urban bike trails in the country from the comfort of one of our electric bikes. Your Tour will start from one of Austin's "Keep Austin Weird" artists! The tour stops at some of Austin’s most famous landmarks including Barton Springs, the Stevie Ray Vaughn Statue, the Ann W. Richards Congress Avenue Bridge (also known as the "Bat Bridge") and more!

All participants must be able to ride a bike, except for our family tours, and all e-bike riders must be a minimum of 16 years old.
Tipping
- If your guide did a great job, it is typical to tip a standard gratuity of 15% to 20% of the retail price of the tour. (Your guide would be happy to accept tips in cash or via a card.)

nOK, So You've Changed Your Plans:
nWe're not trying to be meanies, but you MUST contact us within 24 Hours BEFORE the scheduled day of your ride to cancel and receive a full refund. If you don't call or write and decide to cancel your tour less than 24 hours before your tour, we will not issue a refund. For groups of more than 10 guests you have to cancel 48 hrs prior to the tour to receive a full refund. DMC groups, you have 1 week prior to your tour to cancel for full refund.
nInside of 1 week, we have made prior arrangements such as reservations that may be impacted. depending on what kind of tour you are doing.
Dang It! The Weather is Not Playing Nicely:
nOur guides are always ready to ride, but if the forecast reflects a strong likelihood for thunderstorms, sleet, hail, zombies, snow, dust storms, hurricanes, or if it is below 50 degrees (F) or above 101(F) on the day of your scheduled ride, it will be up to us to cancel the tour and keep you safe - we will "rain check" your reservation to another day (subject to availability) OR provide you a full refund.
I Booked an eBike Tour But During the Test Ride, I or One of My Guests Are Unstable and Unsafe While Riding:
nFor your safety, the group’s safety, and the safety of our equipment, all participants MUST be able to confidently ride a bike. If a guest is not riding confidently enough to travel safely on Austin trails and streets, BikeTexas will prohibit that guest from riding and will not issue a refund.
