Austin Party Bus has 16-passenger party buses all designed with limo style seating, built-in coolers, LED lights, raised ceilings, dance poles, and high-powered, bass-thumping stereo systems with 12″ subs. Prices does not include gratuity. 20% gratuity automatically applied to proms and quinceaneras.

Prices are good for pickups within 25 miles of downtown Austin. Pickups over the 25 mile radius are subject to a $10 per mile charge for every mile over the 25 radius (example 28 miles would be $30.00 extra charge). Travel is generally limited to the Greater Austin areas or the areas listed in the booking trips. Travel to areas outside may be subject to additional charges.

The time starts when we pick you up and ends when we drop you off.

If you request a time change or bus size change everything must be confirmed in writing via email

The 16 passengers can be a tight squeeze if you are at capacity so you might want to consider a larger bus for a little more space if your group size is 16 people.

You can request a specific bus through the booking notes or confirmation email but it is not guaranteed.

Things To Know

• Alcohol is allowed on the party bus!
• We provide ice, bottled water, and cups and you can bring whatever you want onboard
• Our minimum rental time varies but is usually 3 or 4 hours and you can go as long as you want after that. The time starts when we pick you up and ends when we drop you off
