What to Expect
Join Artist Boat for a unique nature journaling workshop led by biologist and nature journalist Irmi Willcockson. Over four guided 2-hour sessions at different captivating locations on Galveston Island's West End, you'll explore the art of observation, watercolor techniques, and creative expression within protected ecosystems. No prior art experience is necessary, and all materials are provided, including sketchbooks and watercolor tools. Discover a deeper connection to nature and yourself through this immersive, hands-on experience designed for all skill levels. Directions and waivers will be included in your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Early Cancellation – Call our office at least 30 days in advance of check-in time. You may choose to reschedule or get a refund. A non-refundable $25.00 Booking Fee per booked guest will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
nLate Cancellation – If you cancel within 30 days of the workshop you will forfeit the refund and there is no raincheck. In consideration of our other participants we do not wait on you if you are late, and it is considered a late cancellation.
nIf We Cancel – It is a rare occurrence to cancel, but we will cancel or reschedule if there is lightning within 15 miles of the workshop location. We will contact you about a reschedule date should this occur. There are no refunds.
