Committed to education and conservation, the Aquarium Restaurant is home to over 500 species of animals guaranteed to keep your students interested and engaged in learning!
Choose from a variety of program topics to enhance your experience - from coral reefs and sharks to rainforests and reptiles! All programs are TEKS-aligned and include access to Stingray Reef & Exhibit!
Availability:
Minimum of 10 participants.
Maximum of 180 participants.
Requires at least two weeks' notice.
Typically not available on Saturdays & Sundays or in the evenings. Please contact us directly to discuss availability outside regular Education Program hours.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling
nIf you must cancel your field trip, please do so via email ([email protected]) at least 1 week prior to your visit. Cancellations made with less than 1 weeks' notice will be subject of forfeiting your deposit.
nRescheduling
nWe understand that things change, so should you wish to cancel or reschedule your visit for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] at least 1 week prior to your visit. Please note that dates during our busy season (March-May) fill up quickly and dates are first come, first served.
nLate Arrivals
nIf you are scheduled for a Classroom Program, please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your program time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your classroom program, it will be cancelled and is non-refundable. Spaces are utilized at various durations throughout the day and cannot be extended beyond your scheduled time. We do the best to accommodate your group to the best of our ability and as quickly as we are able but this is not always guaranteed.
nRefunds & Additional Charges
nA refund or additional charge will be applied based on your group's final numbers at least 1 week prior to your programing.
nProgram Cancellation, Rescheduling & Alterations by Aquarium Restaurant:
nWhile rare, the Aquarium Restaurant reserves the right to cancel or alter any program at any time to ensure the health and safety of our employees, animals, and visitors due to inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case rescheduling may be offered or full refunds will be issued accordingly. Refunds will not be issued for guests who do not abide by Aquarium Rules and Guidelines or for any alterations made by the Aquarium Restaurant including, but not limited to scheduling or spacing requirements.
