Imagine stepping into a forest that's been transformed into the most exclusive dining room you've never imagined. Our Forest Feast experience, set on our private 5-acre woodland in Slovenia, takes the farm-to-table concept and turns it into forest-to-feast magic.

Our commitment to local sourcing runs deeper than just farm-to-table - we work directly with farmers, foragers, and butchers, whenever possible, ensuring every ingredient tells a story of Slovenia's seasonal rhythms and rich culinary heritage.

Each menu is a living reflection of what the land is offering at that precise moment, from wild mushrooms and herbs gathered from our own forest floor to ethically raised meats from family farms in the surrounding valleys, creating an experience that couldn't be replicated anywhere else in the world.
