Armand Bayou Nature Center is excited to offer another series of Meditation Workshops to help you refocus your inner nature! Research has shown that both nature and meditation can bring about a sense of calm and balance that benefits your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
What better place to experience the healing power of meditation than here at ABNC, where the inspiring power of nature is all around us!
Price includes admission into ABNC for the day.

Cancellation Policy
Payment of fees is needed to complete your registration and is non-refundable unless the program/class/activity is cancelled by Armand Bayou Nature Center (ABNC) staff. If ABNC cancels for any reason, you will be given the option of applying the fees to another program, receiving a gift certificate, or receiving a refund. A minimum number of four people required for the workshop. You will be notified the day prior if the minimum number is not reached.
nIf you must cancel, please notify ABNC at least seven (7) days prior to the program/class/activity. If you inform us at least one week before, we will issue you a credit voucher for the full amount of your payment that may be applied to another ABNC program fee or membership. Any non-attendance or cancellation less than seven (7) days will result in the full charge of the fee. ABNC does not give cash refunds.
