Whether you're looking for seasonal or long-term storage, Fate Sanders Marina offers covered and open boat slips for a wide variety of vessels, including fishing boats, pontoons, ski boats, wake boats, cruisers, and houseboats. Slip sizes accommodate boats up to 60 feet, with select slips offering electrical service for added convenience.

Our well-maintained marina features gated dock access, ample parking, a fuel dock, bait and tackle shop, and an on-site waterfront restaurant, making it easy to spend more time on the water and less time preparing for your next outing.

Restrictions

Annual Renewal Disclaimer

All boat slip rental agreements expire on March 31, with the new rental term beginning April 1 each year. Standard agreements are for a one-year term (April 1–March 31). Agreements entered after April 1 will be prorated and will expire on the following March 31.

Slip assignments are not automatically renewed or guaranteed beyond the current contract term. To reserve your current slip for the following rental year, a renewal deposit or hold must be placed with the marina. If no renewal deposit or hold has been placed, your slip will be be available for reservation by another customer. Once another customer reserves the slip, Fate Sanders Marina cannot guarantee that a slip or a comparable slip will be available.

To reserve your slip for a future rental year, locate your slip on the marina map during checkout, select the beginning of the rental term you wish to hold (April 1), and pay the required one-year deposit. Your deposit will reserve the slip for that contract term. All renewal deposits are non-refundable.

Duration

Annual slip terms begin April 1. Mid-year leases are prorated and expire the following April 1.

Cancellation Policy

Boat Slip Rental Agreement – No Cancellation Policy

All slip rental agreements expire on April 1. Standard contracts are for a one-year term (April 1–March 31). Agreements entered after April 1 will be prorated and will expire on the next April 1, at which time they may be renewed for a full one-year term.

All boat slip rentals are for the full term specified in the Boat Slip Rental Agreement. By signing the agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees that the contract is legally binding for the entire rental term.

No cancellations are permitted once the agreement has been executed.
nThe renter remains responsible for all fees and payments due under the contract, regardless of whether the slip is used.

n

Vacating the slip before the end of the contract term does not release the renter from their financial obligations.

n

No refunds, credits, or prorated rent will be issued for early termination, non-use, relocation, sale of the vessel, or any other reason, unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by the marina.

Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of marina management and must be approved in writing.

By entering into the Boat Slip Rental Agreement, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this No Cancellation Policy.
