Haunted Train, Hayride & Bonfire
What to Expect
As darkness falls, climb aboard a historic train for a Halloween adventure rooted in Appalachian folklore and local railroad legends. During the approximately one-hour rail excursion, storytellers and T&M Investigations share eerie tales and ghost-hunting demonstrations. Back at Grand Junction Depot, continue the experience on a haunted hayride, then gather around the bonfire for more stories, yard games, and seasonal concessions. The complete event lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours. It is spooky rather than extreme, but the true stories, darkness, and atmosphere are recommended for guests age 13 and older.
