What to Expect
This one's hands-on from start to finish, and it works for animal lovers of any age. Some guests dive right in, others prefer to watch, and either way you'll get a front-row look at how these animals move, play, and interact.
What's Included:
- Meet and interact with select animal ambassadors, which may include an armadillo, opossum, fennec fox or another special animal friend.
- Learn about each animal's behaviors, adaptations, and habitat
- Plenty of photo moments and personal time with the animals
- Led by our friendly, knowledgeable animal care staff
More Info
- Our animals are gentle, but they do have natural nails, and the occasional scratch can happen. We suggest long pants and/or sleeves so you can enjoy the visit comfortably.
- Every interaction is on the animals' terms. We never push them to participate; their comfort and choice come first.
- Please sign your waivers before you arrive, and plan to be here 15 minutes early.
- Groups can include up to 10 guests; children 2 and under don't count toward the guest total.
- Please note: this experience doesn't include time in the Capybara Lounge. Lounge access comes with select bookings only.
Restrictions
To help protect guest safety and support animal behavior inside the encounter space, standard strollers are not permitted inside the animal interaction room and should be left in the designated stroller area outside the room.
Guests using a device for mobility or disability related needs should notify a team member before the experience so we can discuss reasonable accommodations.
