Short Mountain Distillery

The Restaurant and Distillery are open for visitors Thursday and Friday from 4-9pm, Saturday from 11am-9pm, and Sunday from 10am-3pm.
Guided tours are scheduled for 5pm on Thursday, 5pm on Friday, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm on Saturday, and 1pm on Sunday. The tours are approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Tours are $10.

Visitors can taste and purchase our moonshine and can expect to learn about local history and our heritage of whiskey making. Visitors will learn about our organic permaculture farm practices and also take the Cooper Cave Spring trail to see how we preserve our natural resources for generations to come.
