Since 2011 Nashville Paddle Co. has been the source for stand-up paddleboarding in Music City. We offer short-term and long-term rentals, recreational how-to classes, intermediate technique instruction, endurance race training, team building events, bachelorette parties, SUP yoga and more. Our focus is making SUP fun, safe and affordable so that you can safely share the SUP stoke with your friends and family.

Our emphasis is flatwater, recreational paddling: lakes and rivers in Middle Tennessee on quality equipment: YOLO, Hala and Glide SUP Boards and paddles. We are authorized YOLO, Hala, and Glide dealers and our paddleboard lessons are performed by certified instructors.
