Friday Night - Spring Soirée 2026
$175 per person
What to Expect
May 29 and 30, 2026 (Weekend AFTER Memorial Day) — Belmont Mansion will host its largest fundraising event of the year taking inspiration from its historic gardens. The weekend includes an opening party on Friday and on Saturday a lecture on the historic gardens of Georgia, optional tour of the Belmont gardens and a reception in the Grand Salon of historic Belmont Mansion.
Friday, May 29 is the opening soiree at the home of Susie and Tom Campion in the historic Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood. It’s a chance to meet our featured speaker, Staci Catron, and connect with others who appreciate historic gardens, on a beautiful spring evening! We are thrilled that the Campions are sharing their contemporary home with us for this evening. The house is a spectacular modern design. We know you're going to appreciate an opportunity to enjoy it and support Belmont Mansion at the same time!
Saturday, May 30, Ms. Catron will be speaking on "Seeking Eden", an exploration of Georgia’s rich garden heritage from the mid-eighteenth to the early twentieth centuries. These publicly and privately owned gardens include nineteenth-century parterres, Colonial Revival gardens, Country Place–era landscapes, rock gardens, historic town squares, college campuses, and an urban conservation garden.
