In- Studio Repour

Already poured with us? Come back for a repour!

Our Repour Experience is best for returning guests who have already completed the full Urban Glow Candle-Pouring Experience. If this is your first visit, we recommend booking our Candle-Pouring Experience first to learn the process and get the full Urban Glow experience.

Bring back an empty candle vessel, choose a new fragrance, and give it another glow.

Repour Pricing

Urban Glow vessels are approximately half the price of a new candle:

Small: $15
Medium: $20
Large: $25
XL: $30

Other candle-safe vessels: $2 per ounce of wax, with a $15 minimum per vessel.

Repour pricing does not include a new label. Want to design a new custom label for your candle? Add one for $5.

There is no upfront cost to book. You'll pay for your repour and any add-ons in the studio.

Before You Book

Each reservation is for one vessel per workstation. Bringing multiple vessels? Please reserve one spot for each vessel.

Repours must be made in an intact, heat-safe vessel manufactured or intended for candle use. Please do not bring thrifted glassware, drinking glasses, mugs, decorative containers, or other items not intended for candle burning.

Vessels must be clean, dry, and free of cracks, chips, wax, wick tabs, labels, and residue. Urban Glow Candle Co. reserves the right to decline any vessel we determine is unsuitable or unsafe to repour.

Not sure about your vessel? Call or text us before booking.

Reservations

A credit card is required to hold your reservation but will not be charged at booking.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your reservation at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Online booking closes 24 hours before each time slot. Looking for same-day availability? Call or text us.

Pre-booking saves time when you arrive and helps us have your workstation ready.

Experience Length

Plan for approximately an hour in the studio.

Your candle will need approximately 2 hours to cool before transport. You're welcome to explore downtown while it sets or return later to pick it up.
