May through September: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Daily

October through April: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday – Saturday
- Closed Sundays, Mondays, and winter holidays.

Is there a time limit for visits?

Visitors generally spend 1 hour at the museum. You are welcome to stay in the museum as long as you like, up until the museum closes.

About

The Days of '76 Museum showcases the award-winning celebration and rodeo, and features a stunning collection of American Indian artifacts. Other exhibits explore Black Hills history, a historic firearm collection, as well as an incredible collection of wagons, carriages, and stagecoaches.

The museum offers interactive games and a stagecoach that visitors can board and take photos and selfies.
