We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and the satisfaction of all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
nCancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.
nCancellations or No--shows made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for any refund.
nIn the event of inclement weather it is up to the captain to make a determination based on safety. If we cancel an activity we will provide a full refund.
