Restrictions
This is an approximately 2-mile walking tour through historic Charleston and may include cobblestone streets, uneven sidewalks, curbs, steps, and other historic walking surfaces. Guests should be comfortable walking and standing for approximately 90 minutes.
The tour may be challenging for guests with limited mobility or those who have difficulty walking longer distances or navigating uneven surfaces. Guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to consider their individual comfort and abilities before booking.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time to receive a full refund.
nCancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and refund or rescheduling requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Unlit Lantern Tours.
nTours operate rain or shine. Rain or inclement weather alone is not considered grounds for cancellation or a refund. Complimentary umbrellas will be provided when needed.
nIn the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, including conditions that could pose a safety risk to our guests, Unlit Lantern Tours reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour. If Unlit Lantern Tours cancels a tour, guests will be offered the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for another available tour.

nGuests are encouraged to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Tours begin promptly, and we may be unable to accommodate guests who arrive after the tour has departed. No-shows and missed tours due to late arrival are non-refundable.
