CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
nGuests may cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before their scheduled tour departure time to receive a full refund.
nCancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change, and requests for refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of Unlit Lantern Tours.
nBecause Adventure on Demand with Rick is a private experience, your scheduled tour time is reserved exclusively for your group.
nSAME-DAY & ON-DEMAND BOOKINGS
nFor tours booked less than 24 hours before departure, reservations are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed.
nIf an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
nWEATHER POLICY
nTours operate rain or shine, and complimentary umbrellas are available when needed. Ordinary rain or inclement weather does not qualify for a refund.
nIn the event of severe or unsafe weather, Unlit Lantern Tours reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour. If we cancel your tour, you may choose a full refund or reschedule for another available time.
nNO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
nFor advance reservations, guests are encouraged to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their scheduled departure time at the front steps of the U.S. Custom House on East Bay Street (steps facing the Market).
nTours begin at the scheduled time. Because your guide has reserved this time exclusively for your group, late arrivals may result in a shortened tour. No-shows and missed tours due to late arrival are non-refundable.
nFor guests booking directly with Rick while already together, the tour begins at the mutually agreed-upon time and location.
