What to Expect
Take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful South Carolina Lowcountry on this relaxing boat cruise. Depart
from Shelter Cove Marina for a casual exploration of the picturesque Broad Creek and surrounding waterways
in search of the areas fascinating wildlife. There is something special to see at every turn. The tidal creeks offer
great opportunities to see local and migratory dolphin populations. Distinctive behaviors of the local dolphin are
so fascinating that researchers and scientists have sought out this locale for years. Herons, ibis, wood stork,
bald eagle and osprey dot the landscape. This tour is led by a USCG licensed Captain who, as and experienced
Interpretive Naturalist, will be able to share with you an intrinsic knowledge of the habitat and the processes
that take place within it.

Cancellations & Refunds - We accept cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time of your tour or program.
nAny cancellation made after that deadline will result in a charge for the full amount of the reservation.
nWeather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Outside. We will only go out as long as it will be safe and enjoyable. If we should need to cancel your activity due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule your activity. If this is not possible, there will be no charge or we will issue a credit for any payments made.
nIn the circumstance your trip returns early due to weather you will be given the option to reschedule, receive a partial refund towards another experience or a partial credit back to your card.
