Payments & Cancellation Policy Fees - Fees are charged from the traveler immediately when booking and payment information is submitted. Credit card payments for booking on Fare Harbor are done using the secure lock online platform. Cancelation Policy - The cancellation requirements are set by Frankly Charleston Tours and Sightseeing. Frankly Charleston Tours and Sightseeing require a 24-hour notice of cancellation by scheduled guess. A booking which is canceled by the guest after the required cancellation timeframe (set by the provider), will be nonrefundable. A booking which was canceled by the guest before the required cancellation timeframe (set by the provider) will be refunded excluding the 3% transaction fee. Guests who fail to arrive 10 minutes of the scheduled tour time or at tour time you are not entitled for a refund, and the tour will be considered canceled by you. As a scheduled guest with Frankly Charleston Tours and Sightseeing you have one hour after the end of tour to initiate a dispute. Tour Policies: Guests can reschedule their tour. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the tour, ticketholders will be allowed to reschedule. Important Notice: Frankly Charleston LLC reserves the rights to cancel Tours due to inclement weather or any unforeseen emergencies in any event when Frankly Charleston has to cancel a scheduled tour, fees will be refunded excluding the 3% transaction fee. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes prior to tour start time. You will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling if you are late and miss the tour. Food and beverages are not allowed on buses.
