10 Minutes with "The Twinkie"
What to Expect
Meet The Twinkie!
Calling all OBX fans! Come meet the original VW Bus known as The Twinkie, featured in Netflix’s hit series Outer Banks! She’s the real deal, on loan and proudly on display inside our shop, ready for you to snap some photos and make your own OBX memories.
The Twinkie has seen better days, and that’s part of her charm! She’s a little rough around the edges, so look, admire, and take all the photos you want—but please don’t touch! Her age and rust mean even a gentle touch can cause paint and rust flakes to fall off.
Want some one-on-one time with this OBX legend? Private photo sessions are available by appointment only, in 10-minute increments for $10 per person. Already heading out on an OBX tour with Flipper Finders? Great news—your Twinkie visit is included, so no separate booking is needed. Come say hey to the real star of the show and get your photo with a little piece of OBX history!
