Must be 25 years of age to rent with a valid driver’s license; no gilling on boat; no towing; no drinking allowed; no glass bottles allowed; no pets allowed; all parties must be present to sign paperwork in person; pickup and drop-off hours between 7:30am and 6pm; adherence to weather and lock hours required; rental will be canceled and deposit kept if renter cannot comprehend instructions or is impaired.
