Bicycle Service Appointment Policy

A service appointment is an expedited service option that moves your bicycle to the front of our repair queue on the scheduled day.

The appointment fee is for expedited priority service only. It does not apply toward or include the cost of your bicycle repair, parts, or labor. All repair charges are billed separately.

The alternative to a service appointment is simply walk-in service where your bike will be assessed and worked on in the order it came in.

Service Appointment Priority

Your bicycle will receive priority over our standard repair queue for inspection and service on the scheduled day.

Our goal is to complete scheduled appointments the same day whenever possible. However, same-day completion is not guaranteed, as some repairs may require additional work or replacement parts.

Drop-Off Requirements

Bicycles with scheduled service appointments must be dropped off before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the appointment.

Bikes dropped off after noon may not be completed until the following business day.

Parts & Unexpected Repairs

If additional repairs are discovered during inspection, we will contact you with an updated parts and labor estimate before proceeding when appropriate.

We make every effort to complete scheduled repairs promptly, including transferring available parts between our locations when possible. If a special-order part is required or an unforeseen issue is discovered, completion may be delayed until the necessary parts arrive.

Same-day turnaround when possible

Repair parts and labor are not included in the appointment fee and will be charged separately.

Important Information

A service appointment determines your bicycle's priority in the repair queue. It does not guarantee a specific completion time.

This is also not a bicycle pickup service. You are responsible for bringing your bicycle to the shop for your scheduled appointment.

If you have a deadline or other time-sensitive need, please let our staff know when scheduling. Providing as much information as possible about your bicycle and the service needed will help us prepare for your visit.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you miss your scheduled drop-off, you may reschedule the appointment once. If you miss two scheduled drop-offs, you will need to book and pay for a new appointment to receive expedited service.
