Step aboard Ladybird, our classic Friendship sloop, for a completely private sail through Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay. With the boat entirely to yourselves, your captain and crew focus on giving you the smoothest, most effortless sailing experience possible. Feel the sails fill, enjoy quiet glides along Newport’s iconic coastline. A Bluetooth sound system is available for your playlist, and BYOB with snacks is encouraged. Whether you’re celebrating or simply unwinding, Ladybird offers an intimate, personalized Newport sailing adventure tailored to your group.
Includes
Your charter includes private use of Ladybird with a licensed captain and friendly crew, smooth and comfortable sailing through Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay, and the option to stop for a quick swim when conditions allow. You’ll have access to a Bluetooth sound system, and BYOB with snacks is encouraged. Complimentary bottled water, all required safety equipment, and help boarding and getting settled are provided, and the crew is always happy to take photos for your group using your phone or camera.
Restrictions
This experience may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations, as boarding requires stepping down into the cockpit and moving around a sailing vessel. Ladybird is not stroller or wheelchair accessible. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests who are highly sensitive to motion or unable to maintain stable footing on a moving deck may find this experience challenging.
