Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please contact us at your earliest convenience. It is important to call us.
nFor cancellations made 48 hours in advance of their trip will receive full refund of their payment or can reschedule their trip. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours in advance may reschedule their trip to another date, but will be unable to receive a refund. Cancellations or missed trips will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
n**WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS weather determinations and not limited too, are made by our captains & if we need to cancel an excursion you will be refunded or rescheduled to another date at no charge of course (only qualifies for original reservations). We will call to notify you as soon as possible, however please note that due to the unpredictable weather in the Caribbean, on rare occasions cancellations may be done the same day also due to unforeseen reasons. We watch the weather on an hourly basis, and in the tropics, the weather is often locally specific. Weather in San Juan is often different than on the east coast and islands, so please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged as a no-show if the excursion goes out.
