Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please contact us. It is important we receive a notification at least 48 hours prior to the tour.
For cancellations made 48 hours in advance of their trip you will receive a full refund or we can reschedule the trip if you prefer. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours in advance may reschedule their trip to another date, but will be unable to receive a refund. Cancellations or missed trips will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS
Weather determinations are exclusively made by our captains. If we need to cancel an excursion you will be refunded or rescheduled to another date at no charge (only qualifies for original reservations). We will contact you as soon as possible when a decision is made for safety reasons, however please note that due to the unpredictable weather in the Caribbean, on rare occasions cancellations may be done the same day and/or due to unforeseen reasons. We watch the weather on an hourly basis, and in the tropics, the weather is often locally specific. Weather in San Juan or another part of the island is often different than in Ponce and the Caribbean, so please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your tour because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged as a no-show if the excursion goes out.
