Cancellation Policy

Refunds or credits will be issued under the following conditions:

  2. In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.

  3. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  4. Customers who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged the full price.
