Cancellation Policy
Refunds or credits will be issued under the following conditions:

- Customers who provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation will receive a full refund or credit. n
- In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit. n
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee. n
- Customers who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged the full price. n
