What to Expect

Explore Fajardo at your own pace with a full-day snorkeling gear rental. Your rental includes a mask, snorkel, fins, and flotation vest, with staff available at pickup to help ensure a proper fit and explain basic equipment use. Enjoy the freedom to snorkel independently and discover the marine environment on your own schedule. All rental equipment must be returned by the designated return time. This is a self-guided equipment rental and does not include a snorkeling lesson, guide, transportation, or organized tour.

Restrictions

  • This self-guided rental may not be suitable for guests who are not comfortable entering the water independently or who require continuous in-water assistance.
  • Guests with significant mobility limitations, severe balance issues, recent surgery, serious back or neck conditions, or medical concerns that may be aggravated by snorkeling should contact us before renting.
  • Pregnant guests should consult their healthcare provider if they have concerns about entering the water or moving on wet, sandy, rocky, or uneven surfaces.
  • There is no specific height restriction, but equipment fit is subject to available sizes.
  • Children must remain under direct adult supervision at all times.
  • Pirate Snorkeling Shack staff may refuse or limit equipment use if they believe participation would be unsafe.
