About
Our Intro to Shore Diving course is designed for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of spearfishing in a controlled, hands-on environment. We’ll cover equipment setup, water comfort, freediving technique, safety, buddy awareness, fish identification, and the basics of approaching and hunting reef fish.
You’ll work directly with one of our experienced guides along the reefs and rocky coastline of Rincón, building the skills and confidence needed to progress into reef and bluewater spearfishing.
All beginner equipment is included
Speargun, fins, mask, snorkel, weight belt, and other required gear are provided. Personal gear is always welcome.
Photos and videos of your session are also included.
Beginner courses are limited to a maximum of four divers to allow for more individual instruction and attention.
