Beach Trail Tour

• The participant is responsible to ensure the maximum precautions and safety measurements and to exercise the maximum-security rules for the prevention of any accident, including the handling of the horse in a prudent and careful manner. Also agrees to follow the instructions and rules given by the trainers and/or guides and if he/she do not do so, understand that it will be sufficient reason for him/her to be prevented from practicing horse riding in any of its disciplines, without this may entail a refund of money paid if any, or any other claim action on his/her part. The participant promises to maintain appropriate and respectful conduct and understand that failure to do so would be reason enough to prevent him/her from entering the Hacienda Tierras Nuevas, recognizing that it reserves the right of admission.

• The participant is aware that the maintenance of the equipment and the facilities as well as the previous preparation of the horses for his/her use is a task that involves work and effort. For what if he/she changes his/her mind or one of the people who are under his/her guardianship or custody decides to change their mind and not carry out the activity, there will be no refund of money either partially or totally. There will also be no refund of money for deposit if the person does not arrive at the indicated time and because of their delay, the group has already started the journey.

• The participant understands that all sales are final and that he/she will not be able to request refund under any circumstances. The main resources of this tour are the horses, which are living creatures that can be affected by tiredness, injuries, sickness or any other kinds of situations out of our control. If the tour cannot be done and/or is cancel by the aforementioned situations (as long as it was not due to negligence of one of the tour participants) or by weather conditions, we will process a full refund.
