FULLY CLEAR Kayaks are placed in the water, everyone is given instructions and then the guided tour begins. As your kayak and paddle meet the Bio Bay water, whenever you make a splash, you will witness a rare and beautiful natural phenomenon, bioluminescent waters. Microscopic single cell dinoflagellates (a plankton) light up like stardust whenever they are activated by movement. This is the 'not-to-miss' attraction in Vieques.
