Important Rental Information
Operating Hours

Our operating hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Rental Returns

UTVs must be returned during operating hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

After-Hours Drop-Off

If you are returning the vehicle early on the same day due to a late ferry departure, please ask us about our after-hours drop-off instructions at the Fun Brothers House "Not Our Rental hut". We do offer a secure key drop option for approved same-day early returns.

This drop-off option must be arranged in advance.

Late Returns

A $55 late fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned more than two hours past its scheduled return time.
If the vehicle is returned more than four hours late, an additional full rental day will be charged.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of gas.
If returned without sufficient fuel, a $30 refueling charge will apply.
You may choose the prepaid gas option at booking if you prefer not to refuel.

Security Deposit

A $500 security deposit per UTV (Visa or MasterCard) is required. This amount will be credited back once the vehicle passes full inspection upon return.

Driver Requirements

Drivers must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Puerto Rico Law

All passengers must be 10 years of age or older.
No more than 2 passengers at a time.
All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.

Misuse Policy

If a Fun Brothers employee observes misuse of the vehicle, the UTV will be taken immediately with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

This activity is non-refundable within 24 hours of the reservation time.
The ticket service charge is a third-party non-refundable fee.
