Cancellation Policy
For cancellations you will have up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full price.
FOR GROUPS OF 6 PARTICIPANTS OR MORE: Cancellations done by 5:00 pm a week before (7 days) before your excursion date will be eligible for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs after this time, no refunds will be provided.
nReservations done on the same date are final and nonrefundable. Spaces reserved by the client and not used are nonrefundable.
nDue to the limited amount of spaces, the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason.

Fixatrip Puerto Rico cannot be responsible for personal items brought on our shuttles, so please make sure you take all your personal belongings with you when you depart our shuttles. Fixatrip Puerto Rico cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of customer trips that result from weather, traffic, or mechanical difficulties that may occur during your trip. Fixatrip Puerto Rico expects our customers to respect the Van and dispose of any trash generated during a trip. We also expect our customers to leave the shuttle in the same clean condition it was in at the beginning of your trip.
nIf you paid by Credit Card or through Fareharbor and a refund needs to be issued, please keep in mind it can take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
