Not suitable for pregnant women or guests with recent surgeries. Operator may refuse service to guests showing signs of extreme intoxication. Follow the captain’s instructions at all times. Smoking is not permitted on the vessel without the captain’s authorization. You may not board without presenting a valid photo ID that matches the credit card used to pay for the reservation.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours' cancellation notice.
nIf the Customer cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, a charge of 50% of the excursion price will apply.
n Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
nNo-shows will be charged the total price.
NOTE: Full Day Tour to Culebra or Vieques
nWe offer an option if marine conditions are unsuitable for navigating to Culebra, Culebrita, or Vieques. A Full Day to the local Keys. It's near the mainland, with beautiful beaches, key hopping, etc. The waters are calmer in this area, and the tour is less expensive.
