River Tubing Adventure
What to Expect
Exploring through the natural and unspoiled river and forest treks that connect you with the setting where our ancestors lived in.We lead you on a guided interpretative tour through a beautiful river cave, including the magnificent and unique underground river cave Portillo, where we navigate in a tube through the 1,000-foot long tunnel, a magical space where you can hear the sounds of nature and see the existing fauna. Then we go on a river trek through boulders and natural pools surrounded by majestic walls of limestone rock that form the canyon, which leads us to incredible Cueva del Arco (Arch’s Cave) where you can relax and bathe under its pure spring waterfalls and enjoy the exquisite views. Then we hike up the mountain to keep on exploring the forest until we complete the circuit at the place where the adventure started.

DON'T FORGET:
• Extra clothes, water, towels.
• Transportation provided by request and extra fees: from San Juan, Isla Verde and other North areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Ages: All family members welcome. Children must be 8 years or older.
• All participants must be in good (average) physical condition and physically capable of hiking through uneven, sometimes with loose or slippery rocks, uphill and downhill paths for a considerable amount of time.
• No flip flops or open toe shoes allowed.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in this activity.
• NOT SUITABLE for people with previous injuries, back or knee problems or recent surgery, afraid of altitudes, other serious medical conditions.
• Legally blind or deaf persons are not able to participate due to the same. A Private tour would be the most appropriate option on these cases.

Cancellation Policy
For tours or services that have been reserved ahead of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
n• Cancellations received 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), the cancellation fee will be waived and the full refund will be process.
n• Cancellations received between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the full amount paid. In other words, the refund processed will be of 50% of the total amount paid.
n• Cancellations received within 2 days of the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
For tours or services that have been reserved within 2 days of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
n• The customer will have a grace period of 15 minutes from the time the reservation was completed and received in our system to cancel in order to received the full refund of the amount paid.
n• If the cancellation is received within 16 minutes and the scheduled date or time for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
