The ZIPLINES: Seven exciting ziplines, • In The Beast and The Monster, You will travel in horizontal flight position, each with arrival and departure platforms and small walks across multiple platforms. The speed of the cable varies with wind speed.
The Monster: Have you ever wondered how feels to fly free as a bird through the sky? This tour allows you to experience it firsthand. With our special harness, traveling in horizontal flight position, you'll fly like a bird on one of the world's longest single run zip-line. With a length of (2.5 km) we are sure you will find this tour exhilarating as you approach speeds up to 60 MPH.

DON'T FORGET:
• Extra clothes, water. (We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes, hiking or closed-toe shoes).
• Transportation provided by request and extra fees.
REQUIREMENTS:
• All participants must comply with the minimum weight required of 100 lbs., and the minimum height required of 4 feet tall.
• All participants should be in good (average) physical condition and adhere to our weight limits of 270 lbs.
• No hanging elements are allowed.
• Closed toes shoes are required.
• The turn to do the activity is assigned by order of arrival.
• NOT SUITABLE for people with previous injuries, back or knee problems or recent surgery, afraid of altitudes, other serious medical conditions.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in this activity.

Cancellation Policy
For tours or services that have been reserved ahead of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
n• Cancellations received 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), the cancellation fee will be waived and the full refund will be process.
n• Cancellations received between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the full amount paid. In other words, the refund processed will be of 50% of the total amount paid.
n• Cancellations received within 2 days of the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
For tours or services that have been reserved within 2 days of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
n• The customer will have a grace period of 15 minutes from the time the reservation was completed and received in our system to cancel in order to received the full refund of the amount paid.
n• If the cancellation is received within 16 minutes and the scheduled date or time for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
