What to Expect
Navigate as a 21st century captain on this thrilling adventure that will become a lifetime experience to remember! Enjoy stunning and unique photo opportunities up close in Luquillo Beach with El Yunque National Park as a backdrop with our professional and experience guides. Includes: Yamaha jet ski rental, pre-ride safety & operating instructions, tour of the designated riding area, a guide to monitor the activity, and lead to navigate the area.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Children must be 9 years or older and minimum of 48” in height.
• Driver must be 21 years or older with valid driver's license.
• Participants with 20 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
• All participants must be in good (average) physical condition and physically capable of pulling themselves up onto the jetski if they fall off.
• All participants must be able to fit into a coast guard approved lifeguard.
• 350 lbs. combined weight limit for each jetski.
• Weight restrictions may be increased or decreased depending on wind or sea conditions on that date.
• NOT SUITABLE for people with previous injuries, back, neck or knee problems, recent surgery, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, motion sickness or dizziness, other serious medical or physical conditions.
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.
• Legally blind or deaf persons are not able to participate due to the same.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in this activity.

Cancellation Policy
For tours or services that have been reserved ahead of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
• Cancellations received 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), the cancellation fee will be waived and the full refund will be process.
• Cancellations received between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the full amount paid. In other words, the refund processed will be of 50% of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations received within 2 days of the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
For tours or services that have been reserved within 2 days of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
• The customer will have a grace period of 15 minutes from the time the reservation was completed and received in our system to cancel in order to received the full refund of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is received within 16 minutes and the scheduled date or time for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
