What to Expect
Enjoy the lights, views and architecture that the vibrant Condado offers as you explore the lagoon aboard a LED kayak. Our experience is really special because of the ecosystem of the lagoon. It is very common to come across manatees that feed on seagrass and that live in harmony with so many other marine species that live there. The lagoon is an important natural reserve that is protected for study and conservation as it is part of the San Juan Bay estuary. It also has a community of natural and artificial reefs that make the experience even richer. The flora, the mangroves, the landscape and how the species live in their natural ecosystem is an experience added to the sport to be performed in the lagoon.

DON'T FORGET:
•Extra clothes, water, towels.
• Transportation provided by request and extra fees: from San Juan, Isla Verde and other North areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Ages: All family members welcome. Children must be 4 years or older.
• Maximum of 200 lbs per person for single kayaks.
• Maximum of 450 lbs combined weight for double kayaks.
• Pregnant cannot participate in this activity.

Cancellation Policy
For tours or services that have been reserved ahead of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
• Cancellations received 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), the cancellation fee will be waived and the full refund will be process.
• Cancellations received between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the full amount paid. In other words, the refund processed will be of 50% of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations received within 2 days of the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
For tours or services that have been reserved within 2 days of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:
• The customer will have a grace period of 15 minutes from the time the reservation was completed and received in our system to cancel in order to received the full refund of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is received within 16 minutes and the scheduled date or time for the event (tour or service), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
