Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations can be rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours prior reservation date, by calling 787-860-3434 or texting to 787-409-2485. Otherwise your tour is non-refundable. Cancellations made within, if you don't show up on time or missed your departure time will receive full charge.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS weather determinations are made by our captain & if we need to cancel an excursion due to weather you will be refunded or rescheduled to another date at no charge of course (only qualifies for original reservations). We will call to notify you as soon as possible, however please note that due to the unpredictable weather in the Caribbean, on rare occasions cancellations may be done the same day. We watch the weather on an hourly basis, and in the tropics, the weather is often locally specific. Weather in San Juan is often different than on the east coast and islands, so please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged as a no-show if the excursion goes out.
