**Cancellations up to 9 passengers we have a 24-hour and 10 or more passengers must be 48 hours prior to the scheduled excursion to avoid full charges and penalties.

**If you miss your excursions: arriving late or NOT showing up on the date of excursion NO refund will apply full rate including transportation (if applicable). The fee is NOT refundable and NOT reusable.
