What Makes Chiliboats Unique
Chiliboats are catamaran-style waterbikes, designed for comfort, stability, and easy pedaling. Thanks to our human anatomy, pedaling becomes natural and easy, using your legs at all times. Additionally, they feature an ergonomic saddle with a rigid backrest, providing extra comfort throughout the ride. Enjoy a relaxing ride with the security and comfort that only Chiliboats can offer.

Certification

Our tours are certified and supported by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, the Department of Natural Resources, and the Puerto Rico Ports Authority.

Approximate Duration:
1 hour and 15 minutes (including approximately 30 minutes of on-shore preparations and a 45 minute adventure on the water)

• Chiliboats Water Bike.
• USCG approved life jacket and whistle, previously disinfected.
• Route leader in all tours.

Requirements and Recommendations:

• Departures must be punctual at the agreed time. Please arrive 30 minutes before the meeting point to find parking.
• Height Requirements:
  Minimum height: 4'6" (54 inches / 137 cm / 1.37 m)
  Maximum height: 6'5" (77 inches / 196 cm / 1.96 m)
• Weight Limits:
  At Chiliboats, we cater to all adventurers. To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
• Children aged 10 years or older may participate if they measure 4 feet (48 inches) or taller.
• Bring only the essentials, space is limited; you must wear: Essentials; Water shoes, flip flops, or water-resistant sneakers for boarding/disembarking your water bike.
• Hat; sun protection shirt; shorts or leggings; sunglasses.
• You must present identification and the credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification during confirmation. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all their companions about the arrival time, requirements, and all pertinent information for the excursion.
• It is a gentle physical activity, but please consider your physical condition and any limitations before participating.
• Level 1 Tour: you must have physical condition.
  • Example: walk 60 minutes without stopping.
• The tour leader maintains a controlled speed for the enjoyment of all participants.
• There is a $3.00 fee for the use of the Natural Reserve (Department of Natural Resources requirement).
• Prohibited actions: Swimming, hitting the unit against any object or each other, jumping off the unit, or damaging them. The person making the reservation will be responsible for any damage caused negligently.
• Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed (Department of Natural Resources requirement).
• We reserve the right of admission.
